Last week was THEME NIGHT!

with the theme 'Rewind'

The dress code was anything inside out or upside down.

The day started early for the planners and organizers who did a really good job decorating the place.

Working Hard.

We split groups by using random coloured ribbons.


And so the games started. The game stations were named after the 6 days of creation.

I'm not sure which is which but I'll summarize on all of them anyway.

Ok the first one was you had to take turns in a group and say the alphabets backwards. If one person got it wrong you had to start from 'a' again.

Not as easy as in sounds.

There's always flour. Next was this one which you had to put your head in a bucket of sugar, salt flour and God knows what and find stuff. The more stuff found the better. Duh.

Much more pleasureable for the game masters no doubt.

I found this one very interesting. Guessing baby faces!

Cute.

NEXT, this one was a bit challenging. You had to pour water into a cup. Not that easy considering the cup and water source are like 15 feet apart. Don't worry you have.. .. .. .. straws.

There was even this station where you had a really really dark room, and inside was

Small alphabets. You had to go in and make sentences with the pieces. We had only 1 tiny dimmed light.


If you wanted to be a pop star well you missed the chance. Cause we all got our chance to star in our very own music video. The song? Twinkle twinkle little star. Super awesome.

After finishing all the stations everyone gathered back at sanctuary 2.

Conclusion, it was a totally enjoyable night. Everyone had fun, spent time together and went home high. OH WAIT!

And we went home full. Yup there was food. Lots of it.

Worship that week was different as we were going back to basics and focusing only on God.

When was the last time we had actions in a song. Refreshing.

And then it was time for our young preachers to take the spotlight.

Eulene spoke about Changing the world. How there are many things that hinder us from doing God's will such as complacency.

And then everyone went for dinner.

Then we all came back for prayer.

After prayer was a short break.

Followed by worship.


and after that, I think it was the most anticipated time of the night, Pastor Victor!

With his interesting topic, SEX

He spoke mainly on the principalities behind sex.

About how its was made by God to be something beautiful and something to set aside marriage from other relationships.

We also discussed 'his' and 'her' points of view about sex and even had a debate about the things we think the opposite sex should know about us.

In the end, the guys won 3-0 . But a girl would tell you it was 2-1 or something.

So to conclude the main things you need to know or be open enough to do to have a Godly and good sex life is,

1. Willingness to learn.

2. Read and study.

3. Communicate with future partner.

4. Trust God.

The life of a Gamer. Last Saturday, a guy named Keith came down from K.L. to speak to us. Mainly about his life testimony about how he used to be a game addict and now through Christ is a man on fire for God.

Anything can be used as a tool for ministry. Everything was created by God which means everything is good. Its just how you use it.
